We are a huge advocate for shopping local in the Tri cities, especially with owning a small business of our own. We know the necessity of having local people come in, giving you their business.

There are a lot of great local shops in the Tri cities and many of them we have been to, and many we have yet to try.

There are so many officially documented and personal reasons to shopping local that not only benefit the local businesses, but benefit us as consumers. We are more than aware that there are many items that we may not be able to get at a local shop, but if we can first think local, it’s a great place to start to shopping local.

Here are a few reasons to Shop Local in Tri cities:

  • Keep the Tri cities community unique. Where we decided to eat, shop and spend our time is what makes the Tri cities, the Tri cities. Each local business is a one of a kind, and is and essential part of what makes up the Tri cities.
  • Create more Tri cities jobs: Local businesses are the largest employer nationally and can be the best opportunity to provide the most jobs to residents.
